Small Business Advice & Representation

Domestic and Foreign Sourcing and Performance

Blindauer Law provides Buy American Act/Trade Agreements Act and other domestic preference rules advice, export control and tariff compliance advice, tariff exemption certificates advice, contract supply chain integrity requirements advice (e.g., Section 889 of the 2019 NDAA), advice on Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (“FOCI”) issues, and overseas contracting regulations advice.

Contractor Ethics and Present Responsibility

Blindauer Law counsels on FAR Clause 52.203-13 (Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct), including mandatory disclosure advice, proposed suspension or debarment advice and representation, revolving door ethics advice, and personal conflict of interest (“PCI”) and organizational conflict of interest (“OCI”) mitigation plans.
